Accepted forms of payment: 

Cash & all major credit cards accepted.

Gratuities/ tipping:
It is customary in our industry, for you to tip 15, 18 or 20% of the regular treatment value. Our system does an automatic 15% gratuities charge and those clients that have no specify a gratuity amount.

Gratuities charged on promotional or discounted services:
Such as package, series, or spa parties. Is calculated on the menu value of the treatment.

Scheduling Policies:
Call us to schedule one week to your desire date. We will be able to give you an appointment sooner if someone has rescheduled.
We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice, or service booked will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

Discounts on memberships and series:

One discount at the time, promotional discount do not apply.

Promotional policies:

Offer will expired 1 year from purchased date.
No Substitutions.
Not valid with prior purchases.
May not be combined with other offers or discounts.
Promotions, sales or other discounts cannot be combined with Spa Finder, Spa Wish or any other third party gift cards or certificates for Specials. They are accepted for regularly priced services only, up to $100 per person per visit.
Other restrictions may apply.

Refund policies

Refunds done on:
The 15th of every month.

Spa services:
Once services are rendered refunds do not apply.

Gift certificates:
May be transferred to another person, no refund on gift certificates.

A series may be transferred to another person only. No refund.

In the event, of wanting to cancel a membership, a 50% of the already discounted service amount will be charged to the account in order to cancel the membership.

Promotional purchases:
May transfer to another individual. There is no refund.

Retail products:
Full refund available, 3 days from purchased date, provided that products have not been used. Product exchange is always available for clients preferring another product, within 10 days of purchase.
